Account Executive
Responsibilities:
- Generates new business through outside sales activities including referrals, solutions selling, networking events, cold calls, prospecting, telemarketing, territory planning and client relationship building.
- Coordinates recruiting activities with recruiters including screening, orientation, and placement of candidates.
- Conducts client visits to build trust and to learn more about client’s business and talent acquisition strategy.
- Identifies and qualifies new job orders weekly.
- Presents candidates to hiring managers and negotiates rates.
- Attends interviews between clients and candidates as much as possible.
- Assists with recruiting as needed to meet peak demand.
- Quickly resolves customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction on a daily basis. Always works to find a win/win for all situations.
Requirements:
- BA / BS Degree and 3+ years of professional sales experience; preferably in technology consulting, staff augmentation, talent acquisition, or related industry.
- Technology related sales experience preferred. Preferably in Applications Development, Database Design, Business Intelligence, ERP or CRM.
- Familiar with technologies such as; .NET, C#, Java, J2EE, SAP, Oracle, SQL Server, Cognos, SAS, Informatica, Hyperion.
- Assesses own strengths and weaknesses; Pursues training and development opportunities; Strives to continuously build knowledge and skills; Shares expertise with others.
- Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; Listens effectively and seeks clarification; Responds well to questions; Demonstrates group presentation skills; Participates in meetings.
- Sets and achieves challenging goals; Demonstrates persistence and overcomes obstacles; Measures self against standard of excellence; Takes calculated risks to accomplish goals.
